By accessing or using BgEraser, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you use BgEraser on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

BgEraser currently does not require account registration, login, or subscription purchase for core usage.

As of this policy date, the service is provided without plan-based usage limits. We may introduce account, billing, or quota features in future versions, with updated terms published before such changes take effect.

You agree to use BgEraser only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not abuse, disrupt, scrape at harmful scale, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service or infrastructure.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant BgEraser a limited license to process that content solely to provide requested functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process your content.

Under our current operational policy, uploaded source images and generated result images are automatically removed from our servers within 2 hours after processing.

While we apply commercially reasonable safeguards, no system can be guaranteed fully secure. You should avoid uploading content that is unlawful or that you are not authorized to process.

BgEraser currently integrates Google Analytics and Google AdSense.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our direct control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of BgEraser at any time, including technical features, limits, or availability regions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.

BgEraser is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BgEraser and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page.

Your continued use of BgEraser after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
