BgEraser currently provides background removal as a public web service without account registration, paid plans, or purchase requirements.

As of this policy date, usage is not limited by subscription tiers. We may introduce account or billing features in the future, and this policy will be updated if that happens.

To provide the service, we process uploaded source images, generated result images, and technical request metadata (for example IP address, timestamp, browser and device information).

We process this information only for service delivery, abuse prevention, system reliability, and aggregate analytics. We do not sell personal information.

Uploaded images and generated results are processed to complete your background removal request.

All uploaded source images and generated result images are automatically removed from our servers within 2 hours after processing.

In exceptional situations (such as security investigation, abuse mitigation, or legal obligations), limited temporary retention may be required for a longer period as permitted by law.

We apply commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect user data in transit and at rest, and to reduce unauthorized access risk.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. However, our 2-hour auto-deletion policy for source and result images is a key privacy protection measure that reduces long-term storage risk.

BgEraser currently integrates Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers according to their own policies.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve product performance, and Google AdSense to support service operation through advertising.

Google Analytics and Google AdSense operate under Google policies, terms, and data practices that are independent from BgEraser.

You should review third-party privacy terms directly to understand how those providers process data in your jurisdiction.

Depending on infrastructure and provider location, data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country.

Where applicable, we apply reasonable steps to ensure such processing is performed under appropriate legal safeguards.

BgEraser is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
